That’s because women just haven’t been told what to expect during menopause.

  • Menopause can start as early as age 35 and last 10+ years

Combining the cooling power of Peppermint with hormone-supporting oils like Geranium and Clary Sage will bring you instant relief from annoying and persistent hot flashes!

Spray away the heat

Ingredients:
7 drops Peppermint essential oil
7 drops Clary Sage essential oil
5 drops Geranium essential oil
Witch hazel or distilled water

Directions:
Add essential oils to a 2oz glass spray bottle. Fill the rest of the way with witch hazel or distilled water. Shake well before each use. Spray onto your face, neck, or chest as needed whenever you feel a hot flash starting!

 

2- for insomnia and restful SLEEP

If you are anything like I was… tossing and turning all night (every night!), the lack of sleep can start to take its toll on you physically and mentally.

Many women find that sleep gets harder as they get into peri-menopause or menopause but that doesn’t mean you can’t do anything about it…you can!

Essential oils are great to support healthy sleep hygiene to help you feel more peaceful and relaxed leading up to bedtime.

I use the following to ensure I have a good night’s sleep…every night.

Roll into a restful night

Ingredients:
8 drops Lavender essential oil
8 drops Roman Chamomile essential oil
5 drops Ylang Ylang essential oil OR Clary Sage essential oil
4 drops Cedarwood essential oil
4 drops Vetiver essential oil

 

Directions:
Add all essential oils to a 10ml glass rollerball bottle. Fill the rest of the way with a carrier oil (like fractionated coconut), replace the top and cap, and swirl to combine. Apply to your spine, use as a massage blend, apply to the bottoms of your feet and cover with socks immediately before you go to bed each night.

3- for FATIGUE

If you find yourself struggling to get started in the morning or experiencing midday dips in your energy, you aren’t alone. This time of your life is busy and stressful in many ways, and it’s easy to feel burnt out!
