DO YOU KNOW HOW TO FEEL GOOD?
Menopause brings on a whole host of symptoms….
Gas & Bloating
Diarrhea & Constipation
One of the most common mistakes I see people make when it comes to menopausal health is googling their symptoms (cue anxiety spiral) and then randomly piling on the “fixes”.
You name it…They continue to buy random “magic fixes” and then they’re disappointed when nothing changes>>>
That’s how my healing journey started, too.
I was throwing spaghetti at the wall and hoping something would stick.
But (just like you) this left me feeling burned out and hopeless.
Here’s what I’ve learned after healing my menopausal symptoms and helping dozens of women do the same.
There are lots of powerful tools (Probiotics and Collagen included!).
But those tools only work when they’re implemented within a comprehensive, intentional, holistic plan.
A plan that includes pulling out all the stops….go back to square one>>>Start with your diet
- 4 Days Elimination Diet- eat a basic Clean diet – Gluten free, dairy free, salt free, sugar free and preferably plant based.
- Keep a Food journal – to jot down how you feel and reactions
- Introduce 1 food per day – not processed – organic and live vegetables, fruits and protein.
- Stop for 3 days
You will soon start to recognize the foods which are causing reactions in your body by the way you feel.
And… begin to notice some of your worst menopausal symptoms will lessen or even disappear.
Long story short: your body is an intricate + magical machine! Menopause is no joke.
There’s a lot at play when it comes to menopausal symptoms, and the best super food in the world isn’t gonna fix everything.
Like I tell my clients: You don’t just add water to your garden. You also need good soil, sunshine, no animal invasion, consistent care + seeds! Water IS helpful, but it’s not the whole story.
